We played a CTF match against Lost Souls last night on algiers. A match in which we encountered little opposition. A match in which shootah, in an extrasensory display, almost predicted to the T. Proof is in the record page. gg
Week 7 Predictions:

Alright well I’m pretty drunk right now, but at the same time I feel like this is the absolute best time to write some honest predictions. To me there are two important factors to this map. The first involves a defense that does not play on the flag, rather it has the ability to move up and cover the offensive players within the spawn area of the other team. Second involves a relentless offense that never ceases to let the other team outside of their spawn - this is the single most important part of playing this map. With the respawn time set at 12 there is the ability to get at least two captures in if a full team is downed within moments of each other. Strategic maneuvering to allow fire from multiple directions is key - and believe me there are multiple ways to get at the other teams flag area to keep it on lock down
Both of these aspects the War Horses are exceedingly good at performing. With myself on defense along with my fellow teammates dominating the offensive front I doubt that -|ls|- is going to be able to accomplish much during the match. On the smaller maps we seem to dominate any team that we come into competition with - and this has held true over the many years that our core group of guys has been playing together for.
There definitely has to be a balance of speed and accuracy on this map. I am not seeing -|ls|- being able to hang with us at all. Thats not to say that they’re not extremely talented TS players - but they of all people should know you cant play the game if you’re dead. Muhaha. I think most of the previous predictions that have us winning by a landslide are probably correct, but regardless it should be an extremely fun match to play. We love Algiers!

ut4_snoppis or ut4_snoppis? You chose snoppis, did you not? Exactly our sentiment. That’s why we were baffled at the admins decision to use harbortown in TS competition. When two decent teams meet in a Team Survivor matchup, only an equally decent map can determine if the match is played at a ‘faster’ pace. Harbortown is no such map, at least for TS. Another slow match for us, and win, has been put away. Screens are up in the record page. gg
